About this Program

Our gelato training program provides a thorough education in the art and science of gelato making, covering raw material selection, production techniques, flavor profiling, and texture management, and equips you with the practical skills and confidence to develop unique gelato flavors and launch a thriving gelato business using state-of-the-art Carpigiani Gelato Machines.

The Artisanal Gelato Program is delivered over five (5) days covering theory, hands-on practical training and product presentation.

Classes are held on a regular basis and can also be exclusively delivered upon request. All equipment, ingredients, protective gear and stewarding support are provided, along with Standard Recipe Cards for all classes.

Grade 10th/ Grade 12 th pass

16 years and above
