About this program
This 6weeks certificate program in Asian cuisine is a fast-track cooking course, covering the basics of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, knife skills, kitchen management, understanding ingredients, food preparation, relevant trends also covers hygiene standards upkeep, HACCP(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and ethics.
This course will guide you through cooking food and learning professional skills, which are pre-requisite in cafes, bistros, home chefs and entrepreneurs.

Professional short-term course in Asian cuisine is available in a module of 6 weeks duration, classes are held on regular basis. You have to be above the age of 16 ,12th grade with basic understanding of English language. All equipment, ingredients, protective gear , stewarding support and course materials are provided along with Standard Recipe Cards for all classes.
Qualification and outcome
Upon completing short-term course, students will receive a certificate of completion from MJ Signature International Centre for Hospitality and Culinary arts, Kochi.
