This is an 18 months course. Classes are held on a regular basis. All equipment, ingredients, protective gear , stewarding support and course materials  are provided, along with standard recipe cards for all classes. You have to be above the age of 16 ,12th grade with basic understanding of English language.

Qualification and Outcome

On completion, students will get certificate of Advanced Diploma in Baking and Patisserie from City & Guilds, London and a certificate of completion from MJ Signature International Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts, Kochi.
