About This Program
This course follows an outcome driven curriculum that combines the science of cooking with modern food preparation and presentation techniques, as well as supervisory and management skills essential for success in commercial food production operations.
Master in Advanced Techniques
The level 3 Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts and Supervision is available in a module of 6 months duration, classes are held on a regular basis. You have to be above the age of 16 ,12th grade with basic understanding of English language. All equipment, ingredients , protective gear ,stewarding support and course materials are provided along with Standard Recipe Cards for all classes.
Qualification and outcome
On completion of the course candidate will receive an International Vocational qualification IVQ Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts and Supervision from City & Guilds, London and a certificate of completion from MJ Signature International Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts, Kochi.
