About this program
The level 2 and 3 advanced diploma program is accredited by the renowned City & Guilds, London, is for those who want to learn basics and like to gain experience as a chef and wish to extend knowledge of monitoring of operations and staff within the kitchen environment. This program is about advanced cooking, baking and presentation techniques based on modernist and molecular gastronomy.
Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts available in a module of 12 months duration, classes are held on a regular basis. All equipment, ingredients, protective gear , stewarding support and course materials are provided, along with Standard Recipe Cards for all classes. You have to be above the age of 16 ,12th grade with basic understanding of English language.
Qualification and Outcome
On completion, you will receive an International Vocational Qualification IVQ Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts and Supervision from City & Guilds, London and a certificate of completion from MJ Signature International Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts, Kochi.
